Current research interests:

Spatial and seasonal spore dispersal pattern of Fusarium circinatum; susceptibility of Czech native species of pine to Pitch canker.

Occurrence of Hymenoscpyhus albidus and H. fraxineus and their air inoculum through the season, biological cycle, role of the non-pathogenic species H. albidus, relation to the weather conditions as a base of effective control of the pathogen.

Development of reliable and cheap instrument for air sampling of D. septosporum and Fusarium circinatum including protocols of the sample processing.
