How to reach Brno

 

By train and bus

There are train connections to Brno main station (Hlavní nádraží) from and to most European cities.

Main lines: Budapest – Bratislava – Brno – Prague – Berlin; Warsaw – Olomouc – Brno – Vienna

Regular long-distance buses departing from Zvonařka bus station and the Brno Hotel Grand station connect Brno with many cities across Europe.

Closest airports (in order of distance): Brno or Prague (Czech Republic), Vienna (Austria), Bratislava (Slovakia).

Take motorway D1 (from Poland) – Ostrava – Olomouc – Prague – (Dresden – Berlin)

Take motorway with direction Bratislava D2 (from Vienna) – Vienna – Bratislava – Břeclav – Brno or take motorway E59 (from Vienna) – Vienna – Znojmo – Brno
